His industry experience spans financial services, digital assets, technology, energy, mining, and infrastructure. Throughout his career, he has taken on key roles as a founder, advisor, director, executive, and active investor, demonstrating a proven track record in corporate development, private equity, venture capital, capital markets, and M&A. Known for his strategic acumen and calculated risk-taking, he is regarded as a leader in Canadian capital markets. Nick has held executive and advisory positions with numerous companies, including Fortune Minerals (TSX: FT), Sun Life Financial (NYSE: SLF), Veritas Pharma (CSE: VRT), and BlocPal International. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Intellectual Capital Corp., Managing Director of Agila Investments LLC, and Stamatis Ventures Ltd.

Richard is a valuation and assurance professional with more than 40 years of experience working in industry. He has been doing valuation work for the last thirty-years. He has conducted valuation assignments across various market sectors: resource, high technology, media & entertainment, health sciences, and cannabis/medical. Richard has worked on over 10,000 corporate projects. He has done valuation and financial advisory work with more than 6,000 clients in the last thirty years. As head of the JV with Stamatis, Richard manages the provision of assurance and advisory services. Richard specializes in valuations, fairness opinions, PPA, goodwill impairment, business plans, and operating plans. He has ten years of operational and management experience in the technology sector. He has served as a Board Member for a select number of public and private firms. Richard is the Founder and Principal of RWE Growth Partners, Inc.
